14u Girls Fall 2008 GOLD MEDALISTS 12u Boys Team Bronze Medalists at the PSW Zone Grommet League 2010 Spring PSW Zone Championships The FALL 2010 Program DATES: September 8- November 20. We are always looking for new athletes in the 12u and 14u Boys and Girls Age-Groups, so please come give water polo a try! Program info: (SPECIFIC INFO TO BE POSTED MID-AUGUST) Fall Program will offer the following age-groups ONLY: 12u Boys and Girls 14u Boys and Girls *HS age athletes go back to training with their HS teams in Fall. 2010
May- 12u Boys win the Bronze Medal game at the PSW Zone Spring
Championships!
June- 16u Boys win Regional Junior Olympic Title! While the 12u Boys, 16u Girls,
18u Girls and 18u Boys all qualify for the National Junior Olympics as well.
July- 16u and 18u girls compete in the US Club Championships.
National Junior Olympics up next, Boys July 31-August 3, and Girls August 5-8.
2009
February- 14u boys win the Gold medal at the Winterfest in the Boys "BB" Division
April- 16u Girls win Regional Junior Olympics Title second year in a row!
May- 14u Boys finish in 9th place at the San Diego County Cup A division
June- MGS from Australia to stay with our 18u/16u Boys 6/20-7/5
July- 14u Girls, 16u Boys, and 16u girls make it to the Platinum Division of the
National Junior Olympics! The 18u Girls make it to the Bronze Medal Game of the
GOLD Division.
November- 14u Girls win the Bronze Medal Game of the PSW Zone Fall
Championships. 12u Boys Fall in the Bronze Medal match.
2008
January: The 18u Boys team plays the New Zealand National 17u team to an 8-8
draw at Newport Harbor HS.
February: The 18u boys finish in 12th place in the AA division of the Winterfest
April: The 14u Boys, 18u Boys, 16u Girls, and 18u Girls qualified for the National
Junior Olympics by placing in the top 3 or 4 of the Regional JO qualifier. The 16u
Girls Team captured the Regional Crown for the 4th straight year dating back to their
days in 12u girls.
June: Boys 18u departs for Australia and New Zealand to compete in the Pan
Pacifics International Youth Tournament.
July: 18u Boys finish 7th in the Pan Pacific 20u division and 6th in the 18u division.
Boys 18u finish the National Junior Olympics in 20th place in the Platinum Division.
Boys 14u finish 8th in the Gold Division at NJO's.
Girls win the 18u and Open womens divisions of the MAUI INVITATIONAL
August: Girls 16u Finish National Junior Olympics 7th in the Nation (Platinum) while
18u girls finish 11th in the Gold Division.
November: 14u boys and girls teams medal at the PSW Zone Fall Championships,
boys take home silver, while the 14u girls win the GOLD!
May- 12u Boys win the Bronze Medal game at the PSW Zone Spring
Championships!
June- 16u Boys win Regional Junior Olympic Title! While the 12u Boys, 16u Girls,
18u Girls and 18u Boys all qualify for the National Junior Olympics as well.
